Abstract
This monograph is the third in a series of three reports describing results from the first year of the Pathways to Employment Project (See UR28 http://hdl.handle.net/10523/15358 for Reports 1 and 2). This report provides a summary of the major findings and recommendations of the study of 4,378 teenagers who were the majority of all third and fourth formers at Otago secondary schools in 1986.
