This monograph is the third in a series of three reports describing results from the first year of the Pathways to Employment Project (See UR28 http://hdl.handle.net/10523/15358 for Reports 1 and 2). This report provides a summary of the major findings and recommendations of the study of 4,378 teenagers who were the majority of all third and fourth formers at Otago secondary schools in 1986. The full results are contained in UR28.
