Abstract

Anal Fistula Internal Opening Necrotizing Fasciitis Perianal Fistula Rectovaginal Fistula
The management of fistula is a common and usually a straight forward part of a surgeons practice, however at times can be the most difficult and exasperating part for both patients and surgeons. Different approaches are required depending on the type of fistula, and the patient’s status and the surgeon’s resources and skill.
