Abstract
Allied health plays a central role in the diagnosis, symptom management and treatment of people with Long COVID. The diverse range of symptoms experienced in Long COVID requires support from a range of health professionals to provide meaningful, targeted and evidence informed care and interventions. This chapter outlines a number of these disciplines, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, speech pathology and social work. The roles these disciplines play in Long COVID rehabilitation is outlined along with referral guidelines to support access for people living with Long COVID to the right care from the right health professional at the right time.
