This presentation at World Indigenous Cancer Conference 2026 reported findings from a mixed-methods H. pylori case management pathway embedded within a national prevalence study in Aotearoa New Zealand. The research explored the feasibility, acceptability, and operational requirements of a centralised screen-and-treat approach, with a focus on equity, participant support, and implications for future H. pylori prevention programmes.
