Project description: Sequence reads for P. canaliculus spat subjected to a toxic microalgal exposure with or without marine heatwave stress. This project used the annotated genome of Perna canaliculus for data analysis.

We exposed green-lipped mussel spat a marine heatwave temperature, with and without exposure to Alexandrium pacificum (toxic microalgae). Measured the effects on several physiological parameters as well as the transcriptome.
