Abstract

We provide the data and scripts used to generate the figures in the article: Perez-Silva, A., Kaneko, Y., & Wang, T. (2026). Pore‐Pressure Cycles and Slow Slip Generation on Mildly Velocity‐Weakening Faults. Geochemistry, Geophysics, Geosystems : G3, 27(7), Article e2025GC012823. https://doi.org/10.1029/2025GC012823. This dataset contains: • repeatingSSEs.zip, nonRepeatingSSEs.zip, SSEeqk.zip: Simulation outputs showing the evolution of field variables (slip, stress, and pore pressure) in space and time for the example cases in Figures 4, 5, and 6. These archives also include two MATLAB scripts for plotting the data. • data_fig2.zip and data_fig3.zip: Source data used to create Figures 2 and 3. The files contain the maximum slip rate over time for each simulation case shown in these figures. • data_fig7a-b.mat and data_fig7c-d.mat: MATLAB structures containing the simulation parameters and source properties of SSEs for the simulations presented in Figure 7. • simulation_parameters.xlsx: Excel file listing the simulation parameters for the cases shown in Figures 2 and 3.
