Abstract
This edition of the Canadian Journal of Emergency Medicine sees the publication of a number of infectious diseases guidelines around skin and soft tissue infections (SSTIs). These guidelines have been put together by a broad group that includes representation from academic and community Emergency Medicine stakeholders, Infectious Diseases specialists, Nurse Educators, and Patient Partners. They incorporate input from others such as Biostatisticians, Health Sciences Librarian, a Medical student, Emergency Medicine Clinician Scientists and Knowledge Translation experts.
