Abstract

Law New Zealand Free Trade Agreements European Union United Kingdom climate change international trade
This dissertation argues that a climate conscious EU/UK-NZ Free Trade Agreement (FTA) is possible. International trade can incorporate climate change concerns, and states should use FTAs as a tool to act on climate change. Therefore, an EU/UK-NZ FTA that incorporates climate-related concerns could be a model agreement for other states to replicate.
