Abstract
Conventional distalization mechanics typically require a 4–5 week waiting period for molar stabilization before retraction. Skeletal anchorage eliminates this delay, enabling simultaneous molar distalization and upper incisor retraction, thereby expanding the scope of distalization without requiring molar stabilization.
