Abstract

Criminal Law Euthanasia New Zealand Seales v Attorney General
This article considers Lecretia Seales and her New Zealand High Court case to receive aid in dying. The author discusses the main issue in this case, specifically whether directly administering a lethal dose of medication at Seale’s request, or providing Seales with a lethal dose of medication in the knowledge she may self-administer, would be an offence under New Zealand criminal law.
