Abstract
The potential for minimal or non-interactive entanglement, even within the nominal jurisdiction of state law, is a starting point to think about the interactions and interdependencies of laws/legalities (as well as the role of the state in these processes and whether the language of ‘systems’ or ‘orders’ is helpful).
