Abstract

A 43-year-old male presented initially in 2011 with a left-sided conductive hearing loss. He had no other otological symptoms. On examination, he was noted to have a reddish mass behind his left tympanic membrane. Pure tone audiometry noted a mild conductive hearing loss. The remainder of the head and neck examination was unremarkable.
