Abstract
A performance in celebration of 75 years since the establishment of the Philip Neill Memorial Prize in Music was held at St Paul's Catherdral, Dunedin, New Zealand. Performers included Tessa Romano (mezzo soprano), Anthony Ritchie (piano), Tessa Petersen (violin), Heleen du Plessis (cello), Terrance Dennis (piano), Tom McGrath (piano), Simon Mace (organist), Stephen Cranefield (clarinet), Feby Idrus (flute), Nathaniel Otley (violin) and Corwin Newall (piano). The programme featured music from winners of the prize including Douglas Lilburn, John Ritchie, Peter Adams, Dorothy Buchanan, Leonie Holmes, Kerian Varaine, Jeremy Mayall and Corwin Newall.
