Abstract
Heleen du Plessis (cello) performed with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and New Zealand Opera Chorus The Damnation of Faust at the Michael Fowler Centre in Wellington. Soloists included Eric Owens (bass-baritone), Andrew Staples (tenor), Alisa Kolosova (mezzo-soprano), James Clayton (bass), and the conductor was Edo de Waart.
