Abstract
This infographic was adapted from the dissertation “The impact of COVID19 on food rescue organisations in New Zealand/Aotearoa”. This is designed as a resource to be utilised by food rescue organisations, taking learnings from the COVID19 crisis to develop a framework for food rescue organisations to be better prepared for future disruptions.
