Abstract:
The aim of this study is to develop several New Zealand cases of supplier measurement practice, and construct a list of recommendations for BJ Ball Papers. These recommendations will highlight which factors to include in a company specific 'holistic supplier review' system. The supplier performance categories, important to BJ Ball's key business functions, are also accounted for to ensure the suitability of the recommendations. The research plans to integrate internal and external company analysis to produce practical results for BJ Ball.
