Abstract
This study takes the co-operation relationship between regional tourism enterprises as the main line, comprehensively applies various research methods such as literature research and theoretical deduction, case study, questionnaire survey and empirical analysis, and comprehensively applies co-operation theory, symbiosis theory, coalition game theory, resource dependence theory and other theories. Taking the Fantawild theme park in different regions as the specific research object, this paper studies the state and evolution mechanism of regional tourism enterprises ' co-operation relationship and the role of government coordination mechanism in regional tourism co-operation, and then analyzes the differences between different regional tourism co-operation and government coordination mechanism.
(1)Research on the co-operation relationship of regional tourism enterprises
Through the analysis of case theory research, the conceptual model of this study is put forward, which is, there are both competition and cooperation in the relationship between regional tourism enterprises, and the co-operation relationship can be determined by competition and cooperation. There are four models of the relationship between enterprises: high competition and high cooperation, high competition and low cooperation, low competition and high cooperation, low competition and low cooperation. Based on the mature scale, this study revised the scale and formed a questionnaire through interviews, pre-surveys, etc., and collected a total of 572 questionnaires and used SPSS25 for quantitative analysis. The research shows that the current co-operation relationship is mainly the symbiotic relationship of high competition and high cooperation, the dependence relationship of low competition and high cooperation, and the neutral relationship. The role of the government coordination mechanism is mainly to unify planning mechanism and communication and coordination mechanism. Combined with the case study, it is concluded that in the development stage of co-operation relationship, the government performs the leading role of co-operation relationship, and in the mature stage of co-operation relationship, the main role of tourism enterprises should be brought into play, and the government should do a good job in joint education and supervision to maintain the stability of co-operation relationship.
( 2 ) The coordinating role of government in the co-operation relationship of regional tourism enterprises
The study defines the concept of regional tourism competition and cooperation and government coordination mechanism, clarifies the meaning and connotation of variables when using relevant concepts, and divides the government’s coordination role into four categories based on previous research and pre-surveys : coordination and communication mechanism, unified planning mechanism, supervision mechanism, joint education mechanism. Based on the results of questionnaire data analysis, it is found that the government 's coordination mechanism in regional tourism has the highest score in the unified planning mechanism among the four mechanisms, which is at a higher level ; the second is the coordination and communication mechanism, supervision mechanism, and the last is the education mechanism. The government ensures the coordinated development of regional tourism, avoids vicious competition in the development of regional tourism, embarks on the road of coordinated cooperation, complementary resources and benign development through various coordination mechanisms. At the same time, the government and enterprises play different main roles in the early and mature stages of co-operation.
( 3 ) Analyze the development and changes of regional tourism enterprises co-operation relationship through cases
This study analyzes the competition and cooperation relationship between regional tourism enterprises and other enterprises to analyze the changes in the competition and cooperation relationship between Fantawild theme park and other regional tourism enterprises with the change of market entry time in different market entry periods. Such as the competition and cooperation mode, the allocation of elements and resources, etc., the changes in the main competitors and cooperative opponents, and the coordination mechanisms of the government in them.
Through the case analysis of Fantawild in different regions, this paper analyzes the evolution process of the co-operation relationship of regional tourism enterprises, For example, when Fantawild in different regions enter the early stage of a market, who are the main competitors, what are the characteristics of the relationship between competition and cooperation, what are the specific manifestation, and what forms of competition and cooperation are carried out? Those provide a basis for the establishment of the co-operation relationship index of tourism enterprises. This study summarizes and analyzes how Fantawild in different regions embody the co-operation relationship of enterprises and coordination role of government.
