Investigation of the Wilms' tumour suppressor protein (WT1)
Wilms’ tumour is a paediatric nephroblastoma which affects 1: 10,000 live births, and is the most common form of solid tumour in children under 5 years of age. Approximately 10-20% of cases have a mutated wt1 gene.
