Abstract:
This article is a book review of Rosemary Lyster and Adrian Bradbrook’s book Energy Law and the Environment. The article commends Lyster and Bradbrook’s publication and concludes that the overwhelming message of the book is that a truly sustainable energy future can only be achieved by promulgation of both regulation and stimulation, and the genuine participation of all interested and affected bodies.
