Abstract

Tribbles Homolog 1 (TRIB1) is a pseudokinase capable of independently driving tumourgenesis in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Beyond AML, several transcriptomic studies have linked TRIB1 to the development and progression of several solid tumour types, including breast cancer. Understanding the importance, and mechanism of TRIB1 action in breast cancer is needed to evaluate its potential as a drug target.
