This research snapshot highlights key findings on intellectual disability from the NZCYES report, Kanorau ā-roro: Neurodevelopmental Conditions in Children and Young People in Aotearoa. It also presents evidence-based recommendations to better support children and young people with intellectual disability, drawing on current best practice.
